- They will learn how cupping, a form of suction therapy, facilitates improved blood flow, tissue health, and mobility by decompressing connective tissues.
- The amount of pressure, duration, materials applied, and effects of cupping procedures on tissues and blood flow will all be reviewed by the participants in the study. Additionally, they will learn how to use a variety of cupping techniques to modify the suction pressure to target particular tissue layers.
- They will look into the use of cupping in routines that involve both stretching and strengthening activities.
- With time constraints in mind, participants will create plans to address soft tissue issues and fitness requirements.
